Acquiring new customers through various channels like direct sales, builderrelationships, and open market outreach.Building and maintaining relationships with key partners such as builders, andother relevant stakeholders.Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets in theaffordable housing segment.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the affordablehousing market.Conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitivelandscape.Customer Acquisition & Management:-Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and promoteaffordable home loan products.Providing expert advice on home loan products and guiding customersthrough the loan application process.Handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, andensuring high customer satisfaction.Managing the end-to-end loan application process, including documentationand processing fees.Ensuring timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers.Team Management :-Leading and mentoring a team of sales officers or agents.
Maintaining accurate records of loan applications and customer information.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with loan applications.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Team Management:Ability to lead, motivate, and train a teamCompliance & Risk Management:Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance procedures.
