Application Engineering Lead

As an Application Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the following: - Creating technical design artifacts in collaboration with architecture and product/business teams. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of the SOLID design principles. - Developing and testing web applications using Client-Side frameworks (ReactJS) and Microsoft technologies. - Proficiency in writing code involving C#, ASP.Net, MVC 4.0+, ReactJS, NodeJS, WebAPI, HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, JavaScript. - Strong proficiency and working knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and a good understanding of gRPC. - Proficient with SQL programming, NoSQL, SQL stored procedures, ADO.Net, and Entity Framework. - Utilizing development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, GIT, and tools for data exploration. - Solid understanding of Static analysis tools, Quality code practices, and using tools in the pipeline to build code coverage and address Quality metrics. - Reviewing PRs from the team to ensure clean, optimized, and performant code is delivered. Contributing to increasing code quality. - Ability to think creatively, build clean code, and adhere to standard coding guidelines and practices. - Good knowledge of building native Cloud-based solutions with Azure and a strong fundamental understanding of distributed systems. - Creating test scripts that meet business requirements, performing unit testing, and automation. - Collaborating effectively with other feature teams and mentoring/coaching junior members in the team. - Working with cross-team application leads, business teams, architects, and being able to context switch between multiple tasks. - Understanding the CI/CD pipeline and pipeline tools used to scan software for standards and security. Qualification Required: - Professional certifications are a nice to have. - Personal GitHub repos would be beneficial.,
