Application Engineer - Water Infrastructure

As a Testing & Validation Engineer, your main responsibility will be to identify, support, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate product performance and durability within India and IMEA. You will be involved in internal and 3rd party testing to meet established certifications and aid in the development of new industry standards. Additionally, you will utilize established practices to calculate and present engineering designs, collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to translate test specifications into application developments, and provide hands-on technical support to customers in the selection, application, and troubleshooting of Geopolymers and Civil composite materials. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate product performance and durability - Support and communicate design methodologies to customers - Collaborate with internal and 3rd party engineers to ensure successful application development - Provide technical support to customers in material selection, application, and troubleshooting - Conduct on-site visits to oversee trials, provide training, and ensure optimal product use - Address customer complaints by diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and implementing corrective actions - Build strong relationships with installation partners and industry groups - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical field - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering - Understanding of material chemistries and their structural applications - Experience with testing methods and equipment - Proficiency in product development, trial planning, and failure analysis - Experience in training individuals at different levels and willingness to work independently - Desire for continuous learning Henkel values diversity and believes in the uniqueness of all employees.
