Description
As a Sales Engineer at Innovative Engineering Products Pvt. Ltd. (IEPPL), your role will involve assisting the sales team in promoting products and services related to the safety division within a specified market. Your responsibilities will include building and managing long-term customer relationships, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, and developing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the Safety Products Portfolio, which includes products and services from renowned brands such as 3M, Scott Safety, Ansell, Teledyne, Oldham, and Industrial Scientific. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on training to clients as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service. - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to maximize sales potential. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. - Provide accurate sales forecasts, report on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback regularly. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials. - Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance the company's presence and generate leads. - Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. - Stay informed about regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to safety products. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor of Industrial Safety and Risk Management / MS in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering / MSc in Health, Safety and Environmental Management / Graduate Industrial Safety and Public Health Certificate / MBA Marketing In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is essential that you have: - Strong knowledge of safety products, including PPEs, hand protection, and gas detection equipment. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Acute attention to detail, follows QA processes, and consistent accuracy in deliverables. - Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and project management skills. - Advanced computer knowledge, especially in Excel, including V lookup, Pivot charts, Data Validation, Conditional formatting, typeif, macros, etc. - Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and their application in a professional services organization. - Interpersonal and client service skills with a consultative approach. - Outstanding ability to learn quickly, execute accurately, and communicate effectively.
