Application Engineer / Outside Sales (Instrumentation)

As an Application Engineer / Outside Sales specializing in Process Instrumentation, you will play a crucial role in generating sales enquiries by visiting clients and fostering strong relationships. With 3 to 4 years of experience in a reputed engineering company, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Inside Sales team to ensure accurate offers are sent to clients and finalizing orders with agreed-upon terms. Your ability to interact effectively with internal teams such as Inside Sales, Logistics, Service, and Accounts will contribute to the smooth functioning of sales operations. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients is essential for ensuring continuous business growth. Key Skills required for this role include excellent client-facing skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, independence in managing multiple client accounts, willingness to travel as needed, and a good understanding of sales processes and product offerings. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering with 3-7 years of relevant experience or prior experience in sales.
