Job Description

As the Software Engineer Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include designing and developing software solutions while assisting fellow software engineers through peer coding, peer review, and discussions on software development, best practices and solution design. You will collaborate with product owners, architecture teams, and engineering teams to translate business needs into robust and integrated technological solutions that align with the product vision and roadmap.

Your responsibilities will be:

Design and develop
back-end software solutions deployed on-premises or in cloud environments at scale
Contribute to
front-end development and maintenance with opportunities to expand your skills in this area
Maintain
the performance, scalability, and security of our applications to ensure maximum reliability
Participate
in design workshops with architects and review sessions with software engineers
Prototype
new technologies with a fail-fast approach to innovation
Collaborate
with peers to implement and enforce software engineering best practices
Support
engineering managers in estimating, planning, and grooming the product backlog
Lead, coach, and mentor
fellow software engineers in their daily work
