Application Engineer CAD Software

As a Support Engineer in the Team Support department, your role will involve providing support to existing customers, troubleshooting software issues, and offering technical guidance to customers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You will also be responsible for training VARs, primarily through our online Customer Relationship Management system and telephone. Your proactive and reactive management of customer accounts will aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should be willing to learn new technologies and be prepared for potential travel requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively provide technical support to VARs and customers - Analyze, track, and resolve customer issues promptly - Investigate and resolve problems, developing workarounds when necessary - Assist in the development and implementation of web-based support initiatives, knowledge bases, and technical problem-solving techniques - Conduct webinars and support training for resellers" support staff - Diagnose and resolve a range of issues, including installation, setup, and hardware-related software issues Qualifications Required: - Diploma, Degree, or Fresh Graduates with a strong interest in the field - Experience with 2D CAD Software If you possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi, along with attributes like being a Go Getter, Passionate, Hardworking, Accountable, Disciplined, and a dedicated team player, then this role might be a good fit for you.
