As a Support Engineer in the Team Support department, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to existing customers. This includes troubleshooting software issues, offering technical guidance to customers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and conducting training sessions for VARs. Your support will predominantly be delivered through our online Customer Relationship Management system and over the telephone. You will be expected to maintain thorough records and actively manage the customer accounts assigned to you. Your goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within your assigned accounts. Additionally, you should be willing to adapt and learn new technologies as required for the role. Some travel may be necessary as part of your duties. Your key responsibilities will include providing proactive technical support to VARs and customers, analyzing and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, investigating and solving problems, and developing workarounds for specific situations. You will also be involved in developing web-based support resources, conducting webinars and training sessions for resellers, and diagnosing and resolving various technical issues related to software installation and hardware.
