KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Position Summary)

Product Portfolio Management:

• Product Positioning Strategy for Industrial Air Spring Target market, Segment & products

• Identify Applications, define product needs, Product Benchmarking, Tracking Development,

Phase-in, Phase-out

• Product Pricing Strategy Target Competition, Pricing Strategy definition, Execution

• Product Support Catalogues, Brochures, Application matric, Usage guides etc.,

• Product Performance Track performance, Monitor feedback, Co-ordinate improvement

actions based on need

• Marketing Support – Assist in defining product naming and trademark registrations.

• Business Intelligence – Market research, Consumer research, Etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Launch of Industrial Air Spring products

• Build the product / Portfolio strategy for the company in conjunction with Senior Leadership.

• Work collaboratively with Product Development

• Should be Technically Savy in understanding the customer requirement and providing the

ideal solution aligned with internal strengths and capabilities to win business.

• Is responsible to provide competitive intelligence to help the overall marketing function.

• Responsible for Business growth

• Responsible for sales forecasting & Budgeting
