Application Development Technology Lead Analyst

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements, and resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects by evaluating complex business processes and industry standards. Your expertise in applications programming and advanced knowledge will be crucial in ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. As the Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of business integrate to achieve business goals. Your role will involve providing in-depth analysis, interpreting issues, and devising innovative solutions. Additionally, you will serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed. Your responsibilities will also include assessing risks associated with business decisions, with a focus on upholding the firm's reputation, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming, and a track record of managing and implementing successful projects. Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development, possessing the ability to adjust priorities quickly, and demonstrating leadership and project management skills are essential. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are also important. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a Master's degree.
