Application Development and Implementation Engineer

As an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst at our company, you will participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify necessary system enhancements - Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups to recommend programming solutions and support customer exposure systems - Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues, conduct testing, and debugging - Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts - Identify problems, analyze information, and recommend and implement solutions - Resolve issues by selecting solutions based on technical experience and precedents - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry - Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements,
