Application Development Analyst – Job Description
The Application Development Analyst designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications to support business operations. This role collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze system needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, debugging issues, performing system enhancements, and ensuring application performance and security. The analyst supports application deployments, documents technical specifications, and provides ongoing production support. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of programming languages, databases, and SDLC methodologies, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams are essential for delivering reliable, scalable applications.
