Job Description

As an Application Developer III at Capgemini, you will be joining a dynamic Agile Development Team working on mission-critical applications for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. Your role will involve operating within SAFe Agile methodologies to support various applications for Claims Legal and core Claims business functions. You will be responsible for coding, debugging, unit testing, defect fixes, and configurations while collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams through Agile ceremonies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and support applications for Claims Legal and core Claims business functions - Operate within SAFe Agile methodologies as part of a structured team environment - Code, debug, perform unit testing, fix defects, and configure applications - Track, update, and complete core agile work items such as Tasks, User Stories, and Features - Collaborate internally and across teams through Agile ceremonies for planning, deployments, and issue resolution **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent English skills - 4 to 6 years of work experience - Knowledge in Microsoft .NET stack (e.g., .NET, C#, .Net Core), Windows Services, REST APIs, SFTP file transfer, and database queries - Experience in Agile Development Methodology and application development - Ability to provide maintenance and ongoing support services for applications - Familiarity with quality testing, automation, and performance-related application bottlenecks About the Company: Capgemini is a global leader in technology transformation and management, with a diverse team of over 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
