Description
As an Application Developer III at Capgemini, you will be part of an Agile Development Team working for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. You will support a variety of mission-critical applications for Claims Legal and core Claims business functions. Operating within a larger Agile Release Train, you will collaborate with specialists and delivery teams to ensure the development and support of high-quality applications that meet defined requirements and create quality user experiences. To excel in this role, you should have 4 to 6 years of work experience and possess fluent English skills. Your expertise in application development technologies, specifically the Microsoft .NET stack (such as .NET, C#, .Net Core), Windows Services, middleware & integration concepts, and database management will be crucial. You will also need to be proficient in Agile Development Methodology and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to enhance team efficiency. In addition to application development, you will be responsible for providing application support services and ensuring quality engineering through thorough testing and performance monitoring. Your knowledge of application security controls, root cause analysis, Agile software development, and SDLC automation will be valuable assets. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as document management technologies, is a plus. Your technical skills should include proficiency in tools such as MS Visual Studio, MS .NET, MS .NET CORE, SQL Query, MS Office Suite, and GITHub Code Base Management. Experience with test automation tools like xUnit, front-end development technologies, and Jenkins Automated Development Pipeline will be beneficial. Knowledge of application quality control tools like SonarQube and application monitoring tools like Dynatrace is also desirable.
