A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application design and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools for Salesforce. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
