Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met Implement best practices for application development Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in designing and developing applications Knowledge of database management systems Hands-on experience with application configuration Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years fulltime education is required Qualifications A 15 years fulltime education is required
