You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design, develop, and test PeopleSoft PeopleTools applications. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications based on business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. Experience with PeopleSoft application development and customization. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and components. Knowledge of PeopleSoft integration tools and techniques. Experience with PeopleSoft PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface. Good To Have Skills:Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface. Experience with PeopleSoft Security Administration. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Upgrade and Patching processes. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
