Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Core Banking Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead for Core Banking, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: 8-10 years of experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) in the Banking sector. Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations, and industry trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Core Banking applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Professional & Technical Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Should have worked on a similar project such as the Cheque Truncation System (CTS) or any other CTS application as an Application Lead for at least one Scheduled Commercial Bank in India having more than 1000 branches. Must-have Skills:Strong experience in Core Banking application development and implementation. Good-to-have Skills:Business Requirements Analysis. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Core Banking application development and implementation. This position is based at our Mumbai/Bangalore client office. For educational qualification, the candidate should have a bachelor's degree. Qualifications 15 years full time education
