Your typical day will involve working on various aspects of application development, including design, coding, testing, and debugging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will ensure the applications are aligned with industry best practices and standards, while continuously improving their performance and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand application needs. Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, specifically in the field service module. Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure their functionality and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM applications with other systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in CRM development. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application development efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Experience with CRM customization and configuration, specifically in the field service module. Strong understanding of CRM entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. Hands-on experience in CRM application development using .NET, C#, and JavaScript. Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and data migration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Azure integration and Power Platform development. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
