Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Core Integrations Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified design and functionality. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing the applications using Workday Studio and Workday Core Integrations, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and develop applications using Workday Studio and Workday Core Integrations. Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Ensure that the applications are developed according to the specified design and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Studio and Workday Core Integrations. Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, and XML. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Financials. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
