You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior professionals Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration Strong understanding of SAP Payroll Processing Experience with SAP Time Management Hands-on experience in SAP Organizational Management Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Integration Good To Have Skills: SAP HCM Talent Management Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
