You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with team members to design and optimize applications. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance application development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Strong understanding of database management and SQL queries. Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Hands-on experience in application design and development. Knowledge of cloud computing and integration technologies.
