You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features.- Develop and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure seamless functionality.- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and marketing automation.- Experience in developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.- Knowledge of AMPscript and SQL for customization and data manipulation.- Hands-on experience in creating and managing email campaigns.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM integration. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
