You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing the applications, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements. - Design and develop applications according to specifications. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure the applications are delivered on time and meet the quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience in designing and developing Salesforce applications. - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Recommendation:Familiarity with Salesforce administration and security concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 yrs of regular education is required.
