Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Time Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions for clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.- Configure and customize SAP HCM Time Management modules to meet client needs, including time recording, time evaluation, and absence management.- Provide technical expertise and support for SAP HCM Time Management, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring system performance and stability.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Time Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.- Solid understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and configuration, including time recording, time evaluation, and absence management.- Experience in SAP HCM Time Management implementation and support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP HCM Time Management solutions.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
