Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Workday Core HCM Good to have skills : Workday HCM Security Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : NA Summary :As an application Lead, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Your typical day will involve providing Workday HCM Security expertise, facilitating impact assessment efforts, and producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.Key Responsibilities:1 Identify and design improvements within the existing Security Concept / Configuration 2 Collaboration with Workdays Product Roadmap to identify beneficial Security related product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management 3 Technically Advise and Consult Functional Process Owners on security solution approaches across all HCM / Recruiting and Onboarding modules incl solution design 4 Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework Technical Experience:1 Hands-on experience on Workday security configuration eg data domains; security groups; security roles including role based, user based, segmented and intersecting security roles; migration of security configurations 2 Excellent Knowledge in access groups and access concepts, security roles, security groups and security concepts, security configurations in Workday 3 Experience in analyzing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring system compliance Educational Qualification :Minimum 15 years of full-time -Education Additional Information:1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
