Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management Good to have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 yrs of education Summary :As a ServiceNow IT Operations Management Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow IT Operations Management and ServiceNow IT Service Management to develop and maintain applications that support business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Operations Management workflow (ITOM) development. - Expertise as a key technical resource with hands on development & deployment of ServiceNow solutions like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Service Graph connectors and Cloud provisioning and governance. Experience with implementing the CSDM framework for all maturity levels. Robust hands-on experience in configuration, Implementation and integration of the ServiceNow platform. Intermediate knowledge and ability of Server Administration across OS platforms, including the understanding of described domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects and the execution of SUDO policies Deep understanding of ITOM functional knowledge and best practice is key Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST and associated technologies Knowledge of web user interface unit testing, profiling, and code tuning Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Experience with web services and APIs. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
