You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with team members to design and deliver high-quality applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Strong understanding of IT operations management processes. Experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions. Knowledge of IT service management principles. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
