Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Contribute to the development of custom applications using ServiceNow.

Summary:

As an Application Designer, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Your role will involve designing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they provide the desired functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
• Make decisions that affect team performance and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key project decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across various teams.
• Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet business needs.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), Human Resource Service Management (HR), or IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities and RESTful APIs.

Additional Information:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
