Job Summary:

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs, specifically within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administration of ServiceNow instances, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
  • Configure workflows in the ServiceNow platform and resolve ad-hoc challenges, including break-fix issues.
  • Work with release and version upgrades to ensure smooth transitions and functionality.

Technical Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the

    ServiceNow Development Platform

    , including

    ITSM

    ,

    Custom Development

    , and

    ITOM

    .
  • Exposure to the complete

    ITSM

    and

    ITIL

    support processes, especially in the areas of

    Service Design

    ,

    Service Transition

    , and

    Service Operation

    .
  • A minimum of

    2 years of experience

    in supporting the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow tool.
