Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead application design and development- Conduct requirement analysis and translate them into technical specifications- Ensure applications meet security and compliance standards Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management- Strong understanding of IT operations management processes- Experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions- Knowledge of IT service management best practices- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform customization Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management- This position is based at our Kolkata office- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field is required Qualification Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field Additional InformationMandatory Certified ServiceNow ITSM FundamentalsOptional Certified ServiceNow ITOM or GRC ITAM
