Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the design and development of applications Conduct regular reviews and assessments of application designs Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management Good To Have Skills:Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration Strong understanding of IT service management processes Knowledge of application design principles Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management This position is based at our Jaipur office An Engineering degree with ServiceNow Certified is required Qualifications Engineering with ServiceNow Certified
