You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Create technical specifications and design documents. Ensure that the applications are scalable, reliable, and secure. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team. Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Experience with IT service management processes and best practices. Strong understanding of application design principles and patterns. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
