You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and enhancing user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. Ensure the applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users. Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in the documentation of application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. Experience in configuring and customizing Servicenow applications. Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML. Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management concepts. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
