You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed effectively and efficiently. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing applications that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of the end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. Design applications that meet the business process and application requirements. Ensure that the applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of the end-users. Analyze and evaluate existing applications to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its various features and functionalities. - Knowledge of Apex programming language and Salesforce development tools. - Solid grasp of data integration and data migration concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
