Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Good to have skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed to effectively support the organization's needs and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and optimize business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Create technical specifications and design documents. Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business process requirements. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and automation. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide. Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
