Job Description

Job Title: Application Designer Role Description: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications that meet business process and application needs. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate their requirements into functional designs. Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs. Designing applications to align with business process requirements. Translating stakeholder needs into functional designs. Contributing to discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate in team discussions and contribute insights. Design applications to meet business process requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into functional application designs. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Tools Administration. Strong understanding of IT service management processes. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications. Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices. Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Additional Information: This position is based at our Indore office.
