Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions to refine application features and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience while adhering to best practices in application design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques. - Ability to create detailed design specifications and documentation. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Worksoft Certify. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
