Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram for an Application and Visa Officer. He/she will be responsible for processing visa applications, and university admissions, assisting students with university admission and visa applications, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include processing applications to universities, proper and prompt correspondence with students and their parents over phone, mail and WhatsApp, , and visa applications. The role demands a keen understanding of visa regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Visas and Immigration Issues
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in the education consultancy field is a plus
• Equivalent experience
