Role Overview

We are seeking an Application and Visa Officer to manage and process student applications and visa documentation for overseas education. The role demands accuracy, discipline, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth processes and a positive experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Research universities and courses; submit applications to appropriate institutions.
• Process and manage overseas education visa applications with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Guide students on financial requirements and living expenses abroad.
• Verify documentation and update student application status promptly in the system.
• Support visa application procedures and related formalities.
• Participate in training sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Stay informed on immigration policy changes and industry updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in visa documentation (experience in overseas education preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Research and analytical ability.
• High discipline, punctuality, and consistency in work.
• Professional attitude, honesty, and integrity.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. Remote or hybrid work options are not applicable. Candidates with prior experience in overseas education visa processing will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
