Appian operations support specialist

As an Appian Operations Support Specialist at NTT DATA in Bengaluru, Karnataka (IN-KA), your role involves troubleshooting and resolving incidents within specified SLA. You will collaborate with other departments/services to ensure efficient issue resolution and commit to the One Essentials methodology for MR compliance standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for starting/restarting ULIFE and CLIFE during business hours, coordinating with other services as needed, and providing support for Appian-based application deployment. Your responsibilities will also include maintenance weekend/DR support, IT smoke test support, and contributing to the creation and improvement of support processes and documentation. Furthermore, you will clarify system specifications, understand business workflows, and offer objective system use recommendations based on MR Knowledge base (KB) articles. You will also be responsible for informing users of updates, releases, and downtimes.
