Appian operations support specialist

As an Appian operations support specialist at NTT DATA, your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving incidents within specified SLAs. You will collaborate and follow up with other departments/services to ensure efficient issue resolution. It is essential to commit to the One Essentials methodology to maintain MR compliance standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for starting/restarting ULIFE and CLIFE during business hours and coordinating with other services as needed. Your role will also include Appian-based application deployment support and providing maintenance weekend/DR support. You will be expected to participate in IT smoke test support and contribute to the creation and improvement of support processes and documentation. Clarifying system specifications, understanding business workflows, and offering objective system use recommendations based on MR Knowledge base (KB) articles will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be informing users of Updates, Releases, and Downtimes.
