Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development

Lead the design and development of Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.

Technical Leadership

Mentor and guide Appian developers on best practices and coding standards.
Review code and provide feedback to maintain quality and performance.

Integration & Deployment

Implement integrations with external systems using Appian plug-ins, web services, and APIs.
Manage deployments across environments and ensure proper version control.

Governance & Compliance

Establish and enforce governance policies for Appian development and maintenance.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of applications.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical expertise during project planning and estimation.

Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and resolve issues in Appian applications and integrations.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing solutions
