As a Software Developer at Wipro Limited, your role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client's end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding requirements, developing software solutions, performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, and providing status reporting and customer focus on an ongoing basis. - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software, investigate problem areas, and facilitate root cause analysis - Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to convert client requirements into feasible designs - Perform coding, evaluate operational feasibility, and design test cases/scenarios/usage cases - Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Ensure error-free code, compile comprehensive documentation and reports, and coordinate with the team on project status and progress - Capture client requirements, take feedback regularly, participate in continuing education, and consult with engineering staff - Document and demonstrate solutions, develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code - Ensure good quality of interaction with customers through email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette - Provide timely responses to customer requests and ensure no instances of complaints either internally or externally Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skill: Appian - Experience: 5-8 Years,
