Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, modify, and implement Appian solutions, incorporating innovative concepts and methodologies.

2. Assist in developing Appian architecture, standards, and practices.

3. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives.

4. Deliver high-quality technical solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements.

5. Debug and troubleshoot applications to resolve technical and performance issues.

6. Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.

7. Assist in the development and delivery of training for internal staff on Appian features and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Appian design and development.

3. Appian Level 2 (or higher) Certified Designer credentials.

4. Strong knowledge of Appian BPM Suite and the ability to design, develop, and implement Appian BPM applications.

5. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

6. Strong technical abilities including experience with web-based applications, relational databases, RDBMS, and object-oriented languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Web services, ESB, etc.

3. Strong understanding of all aspects of software life cycle development.
