Role Description

Years of Experience : 5-6 Years

Location : Mumbai

1. Build concepts and create exciting new design ideas for the apparel ranges.
2. Research & study seasonal trends, colors, prints, materials and styling.
3. Conduct markets and store visits to study consumer behaviour and understand market trends.
4. Analyse weekly and monthly sales sell through reports.
5. Market Research + Cross competition analysis + Research (WGSN /Pinterest etc)
6. Create designs sketches (CAD Generation) design illustrations,
7. Create colourway's and tech-packs.
8. Create storyboards, concept coards , mood boards, trims boards.
9. Liase with product development & sourcing team for all research & developments.
10. Attend design & product meetings.
11. Contribute well researched ideas for trade show & catalogues, including making presentations with ppts & illustrations.
12. Maintain design material library.
13. Give design presentations to internal & external partners.
14. Liase with inter department functions w.r.t design work.
15. Roles and responsibility is not limited to footwear design only but also extended to the design department.
16. Highly efficient in Illustrator, Adobe and other design software.
