Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be a key player in maintaining application health, supporting new implementations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding client experiences. You will have the opportunity to grow rapidly along with the organization in a flexible and collaborative environment with extensive technical exposure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide implementation and onboarding support for seamless integration and deployment of applications for new clients. - Monitor application performance and health closely to proactively identify and address potential issues. - Analyze and troubleshoot application and server logs to determine root causes of issues, driving resolutions with minimal disruption. - Debug application code, primarily in C# and AngularJS, with knowledge of Python as a plus for task automation. - Address and resolve client-reported technical issues by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. - Participate actively in release activities, including microservices deployment and post-deployment validations. - Assist with Infrastructure setup and scaling for future releases within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. - Configure integrations with external partners to enable clients' daily operations and business success. - Proactively analyze incidents to ensure quick resolution within SLA timelines. - Escalate complex technical issues to Development teams with detailed diagnostic reports and insights. - Execute regular operational and maintenance tasks to ensure system stability, high availability, and minimal downtime. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in analyzing application/server logs for troubleshooting and debugging. - Intermediate-level knowledge of MySQL, including the ability to write complex SQL queries. - Working knowledge of Azure Cloud administration and solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts. - Hands-on experience with at least one interpreted programming language such as C# or Python. - Basic understanding of application monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
