App support Engineer - Tech Ops

As an Application Support Engineer, your role will involve a proactive approach to maintaining application health, supporting new implementations, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work collaboratively across development and infrastructure teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. - Provide implementation and onboarding support for seamless integration and deployment of applications for new clients. - Monitor application performance and health at a granular level, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. - Analyze and troubleshoot application and server logs to identify root causes of issues and drive resolutions with minimal disruption. - Debug application code primarily in C# and AngularJS, with knowledge of Python as a plus for task automation. - Resolve client-reported technical issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Development, Cloud, and Infrastructure. Your qualifications should include: - Strong proficiency in analyzing application/server logs for troubleshooting and debugging. - Intermediate-level knowledge of MySQL, including writing complex SQL queries. - Working knowledge of Azure Cloud administration and understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts. - Hands-on experience with at least one interpreted programming language such as C# or Python. - Basic understanding of application monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.,
