Job Description

Job Summary:

The App Dev & Support Engineer I will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting applications that align with business requirements. The role involves coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for deployed applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, coding, testing, and implementing application solutions.
Provide Level 1/2 technical support for business applications, addressing incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects or performance issues in applications.
Document technical processes, changes, and support activities.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and organizational coding standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and application quality.
