I think apollo should work on training of their staff regarding politeness. Most of staff members are rude and not cooperative. Long wait time, so better to book with another good chain or branch.

The overal staff is so rude. Specially the receptionist is so so rude. They think like they are giving all service for free. They even did not let the people to sit. Its compulsary visit for visa chek up otherwise no one will go there...
